Uncover the origins and philosophy of Ayurveda in a private one-hour session with Dr Silvia Serio, then calm the mind with a guided one-hour meditation session, designed to help you feel grounded and regain balance, along with two hours of yoga.

*In the thermal water pools with 32°-34 °C heated water, children under 14 years of age are allowed access only from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 3 years are not allowed in the thermal water pools.
